When do I need to pay for my holiday?
Your deposit of £250pp should be paid at time of booking, the balance should be with us at the very latest 8 weeks prior to departure.
Do I need Winter Sports Holiday Insurance?
Yes you must be adequately insured at the time of booking, as per our Terms & Conditions, otherwise the contract between us [the guest and Ski Olympic], will be compromised. It should also have Covid19 - Coronavirus cover, should any guest fall ill whilst on a Ski Olympic holiday.
Which forms of payment can I use to pay my deposit/balance?
We accept cheques (payable to Ski Olympic), bank transfer (details below), debit cards, credit cards and on-line by logging onto your booking. Sorry no American Express.

What is the empty bed supplement?
50% of a brochure priced holiday and 65% of a discounted holiday.
How late can I book my holiday?
Midday on the Saturday (1 day before departure).
Do prices go down the day before departure?
Not usually, holiday is more likely to sell out!
I have not pre-booked my skis pass and/or equipment - should I panic?
Although we prefer you to pre-book you ski equipment and lift passes, they can still arranged when you arrive at your chalet.
What is my luggage allowance?
Hold luggage (all flights) - 22kg
infants under 2 (all flights) - 10kg
Hand luggage (all flights) - 10kg
Are boots part of my luggage allowance?
Yes, but they must be in a recognised ski boot bag. (If you have pre-paid £49 ski carriage your boots now become part of your sports equipment allowance thereby NOT part of your normal baggage allowance)

What is the cost of ski carriage?
£49 return, this must be pre-booked and subject to availability.
Can I pre-book seats on the flight?

Is there a meal on the flight?
There is a buy-on-board service. We do recommend you eat before arriving in Grenoble as catering facilities are limited at the airport.
When will I receive my travel information?
Approximately 5-7 days before departure.
Will I get luggage tags?
No, your bag will be electronically tagged by the check-in staff.
Will the transfer coach make a stop on route to the resort?
The coach usually makes a stop approximately 60-90 minutes before arrival in resort.
What are the transfer times?

Are there boot warmers in the chalet?
All chalets have boot warmers.
Is there WI-FI?
All chalets have FREE WI-FI in the public areas. Signal strength does vary between resorts, don’t expect to download films or stream TV programs.
Are there towels included?
Yes, we provide one hand towel and two bath towels per person.
Are there hairdryers?
Yes, on request.
Can I smoke/vape in the chalet?
Sorry, ALL our properties are non-smoking and non-vaping.
Can I still go ski hosting?
Sorry, not currently available throughout France. We will, however, be providing good local knowledge and ski route maps to enable you to enjoy all the mountains have to offer.
Can I bring my own nanny?
Yes, provided the nanny is a guest on your booking.
Can I hire an outside nanny to come to the chalet?
No, if you are sharing a chalet with other guests.
Yes, if you take over the whole chalet. It would also be your responsibility to ensure the nanny is fully insured.
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, no pets allowed in our chalets.
Can I use the microwave in the chalet?
Sorry, no. However, the chalet staff can heat your food/drinks for you.
Can I use the washing machine in the chalet?
Sorry, there are no washing facilities in the chalet/chalethotels for guests use.
